Shipping, Handling and Sale Information
We will ship all orders in 1-2 business days provided the item(s) are in-stock. We do not ship outside of the USA and Canada. Sales are are complete and final upon receipt of payment. If you need something sooner, give us a call at (281) 528-8877 and we will be glad to assist you.
US Post Office Box
UPS and FedEx do not deliver to US Post Office Boxes. All orders received with Post Office Box addresses will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Wrong addresses provided by the customer will be charged to the customer. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees to be paid by the customer. A $10.00 restocking fee will also be charged, if applicable. If you feel you received a damaged product, please read the conditions of the following return policy.
All purchases from German Gift House (except food products) may be returned up to 30 days of purchase for a full refund with proof of purchase. Please provide us your Order Number when inquiring. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
