Changing or Canceling Your Order

If you want to change or cancel your order prior to shipment after your have made a on-line purchase, please call us immediately at (281) 528-8877 because your product could be shipped that day. You are responsible for all shipping charges if your order is shipped before we are notified of your change or cancellation.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). We will notify you if an item is on backorder prior to shipping any portion of your order.

Non-Refundable Items

Special Orders or any items that are defaced or physically damaged by the customer cannot be returned for a refund.  We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing a refund.  This includes any item without the original package that cannot be verified as our products or any items returned after 30 days.
